Hello!

Thank you everyone for submitting your photos and written statements. These have been published on the AFT-ACC website. (See link: The 2020 Candidates) The answers you provided in these statements will give members a brief overview of your experience, leadership ability, and priorities.

In lieu of a live forum, the Elections Committee is asking all candidates to prepare a video statement to allow members to see and hear, not only your personality, but also to better understand your goals, how you intend to reach those goals, your familiarity of adjunct / contingent / part-time faculty issues, as well as how to you intend to address those issues.

We've prepared a document that provides more information about your video statements. Included in the document are the questions you should answer, as well as suggestions and a step-by-step tutorial for recording a video of yourself. Please follow this link to view this document: Instructions for Video Statement.

If you need any assistance in preparing your video, please feel free to reach out to us via email: aft.acc.elections@gmail.com.
