Grace is a tireless advocate for Adjunct Faculty issues. Grace Chee has:

• Achieved suffrage in 2020 for adjunct faculty as the West Los Angeles College Academic Senator

• Won every court appeal & designed step by step workshops, replicated in two sister unions, as the acclaimed AFT1521 EDD Ombudsperson for seven years   

• Successfully lobbied California legislature to fund a tech plan for California’s community colleges as the CFT Vice-Chair on Ed Tech Policy

• Created transparency, cut waste & inefficiency, and earned funds as the elected AFT1521 Guild Treasurer
